stuck on 1 fps

    beamng cant go further than 1fps usally its fine on 10 i tried restarting the computer and beamng no mods or add ons

    The Microsoft Surface 7 (and any Surface for that matter) is severely underpowered for BeamNG... Terrible performance is expected.

    i know but it is is usally at 15 to 20 fps
    just get a staff member to help not complain about my laptop

    Please note that your PC is effectively below the minimum requirements to run the game.
    You can try to disable all your mods and Clear Cache (Launcher -> Support Tools).

    But unfortunately, that's all I can advice in this case. Your PC can barely run the game.
    Due to the cooling system of Surface, it can be caused by overheating as well.

    If you are still eligible, you can request a refund via Steam.

    i dont think its that iam playing now on cliff the average is 23 fps
    and when it does get stuck at one fps it is precisely at 1.0 fps

    on west coast it is 17 fps in safe mode

    Please try to Clear Cache (Launcher -> Support Tools) and check if it helps to improve the performance not in Safe Mode

    cleared cache nothing
    when i load west coast it is fine until something loads in then it gets stuck

    Hmm.. Very unusual. You can request a refund on steam and please read the requirements for requesting one herehttps://store.steampowered.com/steam_refunds/

    The Surface is meant for office purposes and light games like Roblox, or web games. I think your computer has been diagnosed with "the potato virus" lol. Sorry for this, and hope you can get this fixed and a refund if needed! Have an awesome day!

    I have a surface pro and it cant even play roblox at a stable 30 on minimum graphics, so I wouldnt recommend you even try to play beamng :I
