Ha this just made me think.. Our local fire department has a new civic si coupe in red for the emergency vehicle.. loll.
Why? They need to be in giant fire trucks so they can run over people who won't get out of the way. Also, I doubt that you can fit very much water or gear into a Civic. Or fully geared up firemen for that matter.
I've noticed a lot of fire departments using rather uncommon import vehicles for their emergency vehicle. I saw a Subaru Outback up in Virginia. Most of them stick to american sedans though. On my mission trip when the guy shot himself in the leg with a nail gun, an impala showed up along with about 3 firetrucks 2 cops, and an ambulance. The impala dude hit the bump stop on his front right when he dipped off the road and hit a hole. Loud thunk that would have made me cringe if it was anything besides and Impala lol. - - - Updated - - - They use them for like response vehicles for the captain or some shit idk
We have fire trucks etc.. I should've worded that correctly. I believe they are first responders. Anyways back on topic. This is the first time in BeamNG i've had to stop and say.. Where the hell am i.
Yeah.... That's the Grand Marshall axle on the back of the Hatch. Works really well. 0 deformed beams to.
Let me re-add the 60FPS goodness then. [webm=]http://www.beamng.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=41519&stc=1&d=1410794180[/webm] [webm=]http://www.beamng.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=41520&stc=1&d=1410794180[/webm]
I get 42-55 on GT750m. Huh... Intresting. That suspension wrap doe. Edit-This is my off-road Grand Marshal. Has a locked 6.71 Center diff. Uses stock transmission. Lifted about 4 inches. About as much as you can before running into geometric issues.
