Hello, i having really used this forum very much and i wanted to ask a question i have a mid-level AMD build(specs below) and my pc is well within high settings range and it looks bad....
    PC SPECS
    AMD FX-6300
    ASRock 980DE3 U3S3
    Sapphire radeon r9 270x dual-x 2 gb
    Corsair CX600

    The problem:
It acts like there is no anti-aliasing, even though its on full settings(TONS OF JAGGED EDGES) (pictures below)
Trees and vegetation pop in (which is ANNOYING)

Its odd it looks fine in screenshots....

What's your monitor? Could it be a lower resolution/quality display?

It's gonna look like junk as the antialiasing in Beam is FXAA, arguably the worst antialiasing method available. Plus you're running at sub-1080p and T3D decides LoD based on how many pixels an asset takes up, so pop-in is going to be close. Both of these could be mostly remedied with a higher res monitor, but that's a pretty hefty investment.

Ah, would a 1980x1080 1080p monitor do the trick?

The pop-in values are too close for any resolution, even at 1440p I can spot grass drawing in, but a 1080p monitor would most definitely help your aliasing woes somewhat.

fwiw, AMD FX-6300 is intended mostly as an overclocker's cpu, from the reviews i've read (and thus i avoided getting one). have you considered playing with the settings to see if it can run a bit quicker?
