Re: General discussion chat Firdbird engine is pretty much down to the bare block. Tonight we took the heads and distributer off, and pulled the pistons and camshaft out. I think the only thing left is the oil filter housing. I meant to take some pictures of the progress, but I forgot lel.
Re: General discussion chat Built a plane that took 50 passengers in command chairs once. Crashed it fully loaded into the VAB. - - - Updated - - - They only become debris if there is no command position. If there is a command pod or chair on the ship then it will not be marked as debris when stationary or when locked on rails. If it is not on rails (accelerating or decelerating without being in actual orbit or escape trajectory, so basically in atmosphere or engine running ) and it is more then 10km from player then it may be deleted Trick to landkng on mün. Lights. Angle a few lights (only 2 or 3 needed) outwards while pointing down. Turn them on. Even in day they should be bright enough to be visible on the mün surface and as you get closer the lights get closer (he he, UFO films ). Helps judge distance. Make sure the navball is in surface mode, on minmus, bop, Gilly and maybe some others it has a tendency to get stuck in orbit mode in which case the altitude is calculated differently in some circumstances (being centre of planet rather than sea level) and the velocity will be wrong. Some of the command pods in cockpit view also had radar altimeters showing altitude above surface, if you don't mind flying from interior, that can be handy. Re: General discussion chat The hardest thing to do for me in KSP is docking. I got better at it, but the first few times I literally spent hours going back and forth. So frustrating.

Re: General discussion chat Quick question: I have a 350w PSU, and say I need 360w for my setup. If in-game the screen doesn't get all distorted and the colors don't invert, will my performance decrease or will it just be normal? When testing my new GTX 770, ArmA 3 didn't go crazy for a few seconds, and I got some pretty bad performance, so I hope the card's not junk or broken.
Re: General discussion chat Worst thing happen your PC shuts down if you have a good power supply. Absolutely worst thing happen if you have a bad power supply (LC Power) it explodes and takes every component with it. Also i did a Proof Of Concept with a 7970 and a 350 Watts power budget, it did work if you underclocked the 7970 and went with a lower power processor. Never reached more then 300 Watts.
Re: General discussion chat With my overclocked 4670 and 7970 I rarely break 300w. The problem is very very few 350w PSUs actually put out a solid 350w. You need a quality 400w+ unit. I like rosewill for cheaper PSUs. You can kill the 770 by using a bad PSU. I'd stop using it until you get a new one.
Re: General discussion chat So iOS 8 was just released, and I am annoyed that my school decided to kick all our phones off of the wifi here, because it can't download over cellular. Yes, I know that android already got these features a year ago and apple is overpriced and it's the forbidden fruit and I shouldn't be excited because of "new" old features that I could've gotten before if I was using android, but when your parents give you a 5C as a birthday gift because they were a free promotional upgrade thing, it's kinda hard to say "I want a different phone because I wanted a different one." to them. I am not a spoiled bitch, so I am dealing with what I have. (I swear you guys better not start stuff because I mentioned apple. Please.)

Re: General discussion chat As soon as I noticed it was weird I took it out and put back my GT 630. If I put a 500w PSU in my PC, do you think I'll have enough space to install a good i5 or i7? For example the i5-3770K or the i7-4770K?
Re: General discussion chat Apple sucks ass.. Anyways, Why the hell would u have a high end graphics card and a low end powersupply. Its like running a motor lean on fuel. Gods sake be patient and order a psu. Can get a decent 500-600watt psu for a good price.
