Radial menu issue

I somehow managed to get rid of the radial menu and now I can't get it back, I tried putting it back through the UI Apps menu and all it does is add it to gameplay instead of the menu. Anybody knows how to fix this?

Please try to Clear cache (Launcher -> Support Tools)

I tried cleaning cache and it didn't work.

I Fixed it by deleting the Ui apps folder that contains the ui apps and then reinstalling the game (still no clue why it works)

What is the purpose of deleting the UI apps folder since you reinstalled the game anyway?
