Yeah you're right Mythbuster. But if BeamNG would make a realitstic nitrous addon, I would be OK with that. But a few years ago I've played a lot of NFS and Motorstorm and such, so I problably have a wrong idea of nitrous. Those games were unrealistic but theres no need to tell you that I agree with what you said though, other things have priority in BeamNG. And I don't really think I'm gonna customize cars too much in BeamNG, because I like 'normal' streetcars, stock, right from the factory
You do know NOS doesn't really make blue flames shoot out the cars tail pipe and your vision get all stretched like your warping through time like you see in NFS... right? That being said I'm not against a NOS option as long as it's implemented realistically.
I would laugh so hard if it was implemented realistically in a way that it would destroy your engine because in the game there wouldn't be any adjusted to handle it.
if you have a big nozzle it can do a lot like a 700hp boost followed by the need for you to rebuild your engine
