Cars not driving

Hi,
I'm new here, so I don't know if this is common.
So I have multiple cars that are starting and running, I can rev the engine and steer, but they don't go forward and there is no tachometer on screen.
I've already tried to clear the cache and remove and activate the mods but nothing has changed.
Specifically, this happened today while I was using the f4 engine mod for the sunburst.

 

Run the game in Safe Mode.
