if anyone is having issues with the scintilla v10 making jerky downshifts with the dct (or any other dct for that matter), add the line
    Code:
    "revMatchThrottle":0.25,
into the vehicle controller section in the scintillas dct, you can tweak the value to your liking, but i found that the default 0.5 was waaaayyy too much for such a high inertia engine that it revved past the point for the next lowest gear and jerked it foward a lot. I found 0.25 to be good, but modify to your liking or to whatever value suits whatever other car you are changing it for.

Just noticed the automatic gear selectors on the Sunbursts Custom 4- and 6-spd torque converter autos dont work, just want to let you know.

What you mean by gear selector? If it is the shifter, they work for me flawlessly.

This is the most up to date version of the mod. Now the "fake DCTs" doesn't have a torque converter slot. Now their Torque Converter are inside the the transmission file, and are tuned to emulate better a DCT.

Great to see you keep working on the mod.
I will give it a try tomorrow when my wheel arrives.

Is there a way you can publish updates proper in the repository?
idk how the whole system with mods and the repository works if you aren´t the original author of the mod.

I don't know. And I'd only fell ready to do that, when I manage to properly fix the DCT ShiftLogic

Well guys, bad news. The 0.27 update broke the mod so badly that it is unfixable with my skill level. I'll upload the most up to date version I have hoping someone more capable than me can fix it. It was good while it lasted, and I hope someone can bring it back to life again.

Oh well, here we go again...
I hope that you try it again at some point but from what i saw so far it still works flawlessly for me.
What happens to be the issue?
    --- Post updated ---
Can you tell me what the problem seems to be with it?
As far as im concerned it still works without a problem for me but i really dont want this mod to die so if i have to try it for myself to keep this up and running maybe is it possible for you to write down a little more detail of how do i get started fiddeling with this mod and what programs are required?
I understand that you say for yourself you can´t maintain it but for me this mod is a pretty much requirement to enjoy the game so i nobody besides me is left to do the job im more than happy to try myself at modding if somebody can give me a detailed plan of how i start working on this mod and what programs are required as i stated above.
If thats possible for you i´d be more than grateful and will give this a try for myself.
Who knows, maybe i have atleast little enough talent to keep this up and running! o_O
So far i wanna thank you for your service on this mod since the original author abandoned playing the game but you did your best to keep it running and it worked pretty well for me atleast so thank you, brother!

For me it simply crashes the physics. Maybe something is conflicting with it.

Okay, well as i mentioned before for me it works flawlessly as far as i see.
Maybe its really just conflicting with some mod of yours and isn´t broken at all!

Only two little things i´ve noticed is that the Auto shifter of the I-series has no sound when shifting it and the modern dash d-series column shifter sits far too low but the pickup shifter seems to be a vanilla issue as its still persistent on the vanilla autos and even with mods deactivated and cache cleared.
Otherwise the mod works great for me

Edit: the no sound when shifting bug is on the 4-spd auto of the 200BX too.
Tested all vehicles now and this are the only three tiny bugs that maybe can be easy fixed.

Edit: the no sound when shifting bug seems to be there on all transmissions with the (4T5L21) Shiftlogic.
Besides the 3 little bugs i´ve stated which are all visual it works flawlessly for me too!

I'll take a look on these bugs, specially on the Coupe and the ETK-I.
I've added a custom shifter for the eSBR when using this mod's ev motors and have a working shifter (it didn't work with the vanilla AT shifter). I also added a pair of "base" Front and Rear electric motors, so you can build a AWD eSBR 300. For all dual motor variants (AWD ones), I recommend you to use the eSBR 800 ECU/Controller, either on the One Pedal driving variant, or the Handling variant (This one reduces the power on the front motor and boosts the rear motor, so your AWD eSBRs, specially the 800, won't understeer THAT much). And there's more: I'll add the Active (TorqueVectoring) Diffs to the eSBR, so you can get the best handling possible with it, AND a variant of the eSBR gauge cluster for the SBR dual screens mod as a addon. That's it.
Maybe you can find some other things on it too that I forgot to mention.

    Greatly appreciated!
    Thanks
I´ll let you know if i find anymore visual bug as technically the mod works flawlessly.
Maybe you can look at the misplaced modern dash d-series column shifter too but that may be fruitless as its a bug introduced in the latest update and is on safe mode with zero mods on the vanilla automatics of the pickup too so who know what caused that.
when the devs fixed that and it should break shifters on the modded pickup trans i will let you know!

Here is the promissed update. I fixed everything I found wrong with this mod, and added the new features I told you earlier.
If someone here is interested in contributing with the mod, the eSBR deserves a shifter just for it, either a joystick, like the Vivace, Push Button, like the Scintilla, or a rotating knob. If any of you is capable of making it, it would be greatly appreciated. Enjoy the update, guys!

could you very shortly describe which part of the mod ? Like for example if you only touched the electric engines or if you also tweaked dcts or at and on which cars

I don't know if the EV bits work, although they should, since, to the game, the electric motors are their own powertrain device entirely. The DCTs work 90% fine, since the shifters don't work, but on the Vivace and the Scintilla, cars that don't have animated automatic shifters, it works perfectly. The Automatic and SCTs work 100% fine.

The problems the mod had after the update were just the shifter sounds for the Coupe and the I-series.

The only car affected by the 0.26 update was the SBR, since its automatic shifter didn't work with any transmission or the EV motors. I could fix that problem on the automatic transmission shift logic, and for the eSBR, I made a shifter that uses the old way of animate it, so it "works". For the DCTs, I just converted them to Torque converter automatics with transbrake, keeping the same ratios and, to be honest, it is nicer to drive, since you can build a lot more boost with the transbrake than you could with the two step.

    You are a madlad!
Much appreciated that you keep working on it.
I would love to help you with it but i´ve got zero modding experience and have absolutely no clue how to get started working on this particular mod and would probably break more than fixing.
Only thing i can help with is reporting issues and making suggestions for you maybe this will help atleast a little so you dont have to search endlessly for problems that need fixing.
I give it a go and report later if i find anything out of the ordinary!
    Again thanks!

    Hey guys, surprise Update.
I've changed the torque curves from the eSBR motors so now, the rear ones are stronger and the front ones are weaker (the overall total output is the same tho). Considering that my "Handling" Controller didn't work at all, I had to mess with the actual torque curves so the eSBR 500 and 800 doesn't have crazy amounts of understeer because of the too powerful front motors, Although, if you want to make a RWD eSBR 300 (using just the standard rear motor and no front motor), you will get a bit more power, but I recommend going with the eSBR 300 AWD with the Base front and Rear motors for an easier driving experience.
I also added Active (torque vectoring) Front and Rear diffs for the electric motors, so your handling can be improved even more.
For last, I added functional odometers to the Vivace's and eSBR's gauge cluster screens (I thought it would be hard, but it was incredibly easy).

    Enjoy the update, folks.
