Yeah, that checks, that's usually how the teaser tuesdays work.

But Makes me wonder what's cooking, I just hope the truck isn't coming this next update so devs can work on the other things that were on the pipeline for 0.26 but weren't on the final version

Live rear axle just means that the axle is powered. Solid means no independent suspension. I'm really unsure as to why people interchange the term solid axle and live axle because solid axles aren't always live ones, like in FWD vans or RWD HD trucks.

Personally, I didn't even know there is a difference in meaning between the two terms.

yes, the axle on the back of a legran or on the front of an H45 is known as a "dead axle"

The reason they say that is that in independent there isn't an "axle", but two wheel axles that are held up by and defined by the suspension (not sure how to word that, stay with me). A solid axle is the defining peice of the suspension, and the idea of a center pivot on a rigid beam is the whole reason why solid axles are so good offroad.

I knew that the different "dead axle", "beam axle" and "torsion beam" terms describe the non-powered axle, it's just that I thought that the "Solid" and "Live" terms describe the same thing, whether being powered or not. And I say this because the Kentarch D30 and all 4WD D35 variants have a Solid Front Axle but it's powered, not dead.

It used to be one of carkiller's mods. Looks like they made it official, like it much deserves to be

Could be a more modern system than the one we have currently, maybe like the ESC older cars would still use the old ABS and only the newer ones would use the new one.

With the new ABS, I also noticed a tool for measuring the braking distances. Unless it's already in the game and I haven't noticed, it too should definitely be included in the game, along with the tool for setting up a drag race between two or more vehicles (also shown in the drag race Diamondback showed us between the Vivace S 410Q Arsenic and the RWD and AWD Scintillas, to make us understand how quick the AWD Scintilla GTx is in acceleration from a standstill).

You can already measure braking distances with the performance timers app. It measures 0-62 and braking from any speed-0. It may measure some other stuff, but that’s all I’ve ever seen it report.
