Perhaps you have an outdated version. Remove ETK W, do a deep cache cleanup, then reinstall ETK W in the repository.

what do you even expect by downloading outated mod from third party websites

 

It could just be that it’s a bootleg mod. Did you download it from another site? If not, try clearing the cache.

 

Uninstall this mod, do a deep cache clean then install this mod:
