tbh, I think people kinda like the idea of paying for a pack that gives cars rather then buying each car seperately. Just a thought.
that is a good idea i m ght even pay 10 usd for a pack kind of like a dlc that gets more content added
I thinks is a bad idea if I'm honest. say there's a pack with 4 vehicles and it cost £13, I don't like 3 of the vehicles, why should I pay £13 just to get access to the one I like apposed to buying them individually and getting the freedom to choose the ones I like the most. Its a terrible business model and it will create an even bigger outrage
it already looks like a must have T.T can't wait to try to drift it on C1 highway and fail lamentably
It's clear this mod will be high quality when it's released judging by your other projects, just be sure to keep it at a reasonable price like other good paid mods. If it's around 3-5 bucks, I'll be purchasing it to show my support I'll say the same thing I said to other paid mod authors, though. keep in mind not everybody can afford it, be ready to have your mod leaked immediately (it will happen, especially if it's good) and don't look down on people who get the leaked version due to not being able to afford the paid one. There's A lot of young folks playing this game who have difficulties spending even small amounts of money on online purchases. I used to be one of those people long ago. There is many circumstances that can make it hard to be able to support paid mods like these. Also keep in mind, when you make a mod paid, it goes from being a passion project folks should be always grateful for to being partly a product / service, so you gotta keep in mind criticism will be harsher. Listen to it. With all that negative-ish stuff said, i am really happy to see another good modder delving into paid mods. i hope you manage to pull it off flawlessly and you get tons of support so you will continue to make other cool cars in the future! This way of making mods can easily go south, but when it goes well, it's absolutely wonderful to have creators who can afford to spend more time doing what they love because they know it'll pay off and that their players got their back
I'm aware not everybody can buy it because of money issues or too young etc, which is why there will be a free demo, but leaks probably will still happen sadly like with the Picnic. Though I'm sure most people are decent enough people to either download the demo or buy it if they can and want to . I'm also aware criticism and expected quality will be stricter and I'm ready to listen, I don't want people to pay for something that's not as good as it could be. I'm still enjoying making the Signia, feels like a hobby rather than a job and I know if it starts feeling like a job then it's probably best I do something about it. Anyway thanks for your words and support and I hope you enjoy it when it comes out!
