    I keep getting stuck on WU's. I'm going to uninstall and reinstall later to see if it fixes the problem.

    Also drivers. 14.7 seems to be the best, followed by 14.4.

    This thread needs to come back! :p My 7970 is still out for repair though. :\

    The new maxwell cards are seeing ~300k ppd. The GTX 970 at 1600Mhz (A good but not insane overclock on maxwell) is getting 315k by itself. At stock I think the 980 was getting 350k. These are nice cards.

    I am at a loss. I've uninstalled and reinstalled F@H 3 times and my WU's keep getting stuck at 99.99%. If someone knows how to fix this, I'm all ears, but for now I'm out. Tried so many different things that aren't working.

    Honestly the 970s seem to be 90% of the 980 for 60% of the price. I might also wait for the 980ti in early 2015 for price drops maybe?

    I'm not actually going to get one. I'll wait for the next generation of cards most likely. Maybe even 2 gens. I will be in college next year so who knows how much money I will have.

    Gigabyte says they have shipped my repaired 7970 back to me. It was shipped to them on the 15th, and they say they got it the 20th. A 5 day turnaround (Shipped 25th, or 26th if you're following GMT like they do) doesn't seem bad. We'll see how long the shipping takes and if the thing is actually fixed.
