Not getting updates on steam

So I know the new update came out for the game with the truck and stuff but for some reason I am not getting the update. I am using steam not the old launcher and all of my update settings for the game look normal. Anyone know why this is happening?

 

From the word "truck" I can only assume that you mean the Gavril T-series.
That's in the Experimental build. You have to switch your BNG.d branch to Experimental in the Betas section.
