"IMPORTING TEXTURE" Issue

So I am having an issue with a new mod, the miovi stella, I installed this mod and loaded it up, but instead it popped up with a broken texure, which is new to me: the IMPORTING TEXTURE. For some reason it is on all the vehicle's textures, I tried cleaning the cache but that didn't fix it, not even reinstalling did anything.
I have no idea what causes this, but it is not a linux problem since loading it up on windows had the same outcome.

How do I fix this??

 

This does not need to be fixed, the modification was not made from scratch and uses homemade resources unrelated to the game, you need to wait until the texture is imported.
