It’s because it would take up too much of the high-def map, and it doesn’t need to be high def as it will be blurry as you do top speed runs.

 

except the fact that the devs said they wanted to keep updates on the 3 month cycle, and so far they've been doing just that. yeah 4 months is the average, and it would make sense if the update does come in april, but unless we hear anything from the devs about them no longer doing the 3 month cycle, I'd say the update is coming in march

 

What do you guys think will come in the next hotfix?

 

Fixes for the mistakes in the Dunekicker model, fixed audio issues such as sfx emitters and old engine sounds not working, and there are two upcoming fixes here https://documentation.beamng.com/known-issues/. This along with a plethora of other assorted things probably that I don't know about

 

Either, they'll add the new revamped ETK-K Series OR as usual fixes and patches for the game. Can't say until the end of this week¯\_(ツ)_/¯, however we gotta stay optimistic!

That top one is way more interesting to me, could maybe end with somebody making slipper clutches for drag cars.This doesn't seem to work the exact same way though, I gave it a try and it just doesn't work too well. Great for go karts tho lol.

 

I would be honestly surprised if something comes with hotfixes. The update is already too massive.

 

We already got a lot of "off-road focused" contents in this major update. Do you think they'll still add more off-road related stuff?

 

It seems like the centrifugal clutch simulation was just for the FPU

 

I think that the wydra could do with some updates honestly. Don’t get me wrong, it’s awesome, but like it could use some tweaking, like being faster in water and some more aftermarket suport.

That's not very realistic. An outboard (boat) motor, like it says in al36's pic, would be better.
