I'd be down, also, I wonder if it'd be possible to incorporate some of the things from the fs-65 like the window fills or some of the furniture.

 

Those are things (I think) that would require being added to the model & I have had very little luck with Blender & adding things to models.

Speaking of, @Dummiesman, would we be able to get the LED lights added back? I've tried & failed multiple times. If so, thank you. If not, it's all good. Either way thank you for the mod.

So, if this pack ever gets released it should be including the vehicle skins, seat colors, modified warning lights & modified seats. I was going to include the "Double Flash" light pattern but I can't get the mode function to work properly & it won't shut off automatically for some reason.

As it is right now though the project is on hold until further notice, I'm not having any luck getting a reply from Dummiesman for some reason.

I would like to ask though, if it does get released, if someone who actually knows what they're doing can look it over & make sure the custom parts didn't mess anything up that I'm not noticing?

 

I know you’re doing it out of respect for dummiesman but I don’t think you technically need the author’s permission to make mods of a mod unless they specifically write that you need to ask them for permission first. No pressure, just saying

 

The opinion is appreciated but I've already been contacted by one mod author just for posting images of things I was working on (we worked it out) so I'd rather not ruffle any more feathers.

I mean I suppose I could just release what I have without the modded parts but it kind of defeats the purpose.

 

Well he did already said that he can’t get a hold of dummies many, and since dummiesman created this thread I feel like he would have already said something if he didn’t want him to continue.

 

Being that they've been active after I posted here & sent them a message asking about it it wouldn't be reasonable of me to assume they're unreachable.

 

Don’t know how it would work if they just don’t respond to DMs, either way don’t worry about it. I can wait

I've gotten multiple requests for modding and I do plan to follow up on them eventually. It's just been a rough couple of weeks IRL so I haven't been doing much as to not overwhelm myself.

 

Take your time and focus on taking care of yourself.
