Graphics Issue with Macbook Pro M1 2021 16GB

Hi game speed is great everything is great just green shadows are black and some graphic texture is not looking good


anyone can help me to fix this i am using Crossover for windows

This seems to be the same issue as people with Steam Decks experience. I read somewhere that you have to get the compiled shaders from a Windows player and load them to some game directory. realistically that should be updated since we both have people running the game through Proton on Linux and we have the official native Linux binaries (even if they are experimental)

 

MacBook are realistically not made for gaming, this isn’t just for beam but for gaming in general. I know this probably isn’t the answer you wanted, but as of right now, the best solution would be to invest in a windows computer. Making the game compatible with other operating systems is not the top priority of the devs at this moment.

 

Nah stop the gatekeeping. M1 Macs are really powerful and besides the texture issue, OP is not complaining about performance.

Also as mentioned above, the devs do work on getting it to run on Linux (or rather already did.)
