Crossing event restart automatically after countdown

Hi there!

I'm enjoying the game but unable to race the crossing events. right after the countdown, the game goes back to the event presentation page.

I'm on the latest game version (bought and updated via Steam) and running windows 11 (latest version).

I'm playing with an Xbox controller

The issue is still there on safe mode and after cleaning the cache.

Here is the list of events that don't work (game goes back to event presentation after countdown):

East Coast Map:

• River Crawl
• Production Car Trials A
• Production Car Trials B

Hiroshi Raceway Map:

• Hiroshi Crawl

Italy Map:

• Beach Crawling

Small Island, USA Map:

• Cave Crawling
• Car Trials

Utah, USA Map:

• Dried River Crawl
• Short Cliff Crawl

This "restart" issue is only with Crawling events but some of them work just fine:
Italy Map: Cliffhanger
West Coast, USA Map: Helter Skelter
Johnson Valley: all the Crawling events work fine
Utah, USA Map: Heavy Driving Work event and Long Crawl events work fine
