    Have to tap the left or right arrow button to turn, i cant hold the buttons to turn. Its really annoying PLEASE HELP

    do you have a controller attatched? as that may be the problem

    yes i do i will try unplugging it

    That worked. Thank you I got it sometime in the late summer and that was annoying me.

    No problem, it can be annoying sometimes, hopefully BeamNG will be able to run multiple input maps in he future
