A meshslap is a vehicle with borrowed physics and jbeam from another car. These are usually preferred by most modders due to how easy it is to make a car. But there are low quality ones like net_nuka that you should avoid. There are high quality ones like the Land Rover Defender. A low quality meshslap is just a model on a vanilla car and call it a day. A high quality one is one with extensive parts and customization and properly edited jbeam.
For creators(model robber or somethings even worse, please help me to find a better word[or a group of words]to say) like Net_Nuka,a.k.a'FIRBY',the word itself can be split into"Mesh"and"Slap",for example:using enormous amount of meshes into a stolen-low-poly model and them look even worse in-game or uses stolen model from sites like GTAinside or games like Forza(yea, even the Motorsport series on PS consoles) the more examples can be find ataww my eyes) https://www.beamng.com/threads/show-off-the-worst-meshslaps-bootleg-mods-and-knock-off-games.84987/ but nowadays the mods on forums is better than before, and there are still some primary school students try to post sentences like "owww you taked models from free game model site,so this mod must be a meshlap lol" like they can make a .dae model from scratch
So, you delete 1 mod at a time and press ctrl r after that and it is a long process if you have a lot of mods.
You should never have more than 100 mods and the game shows you warnings about that, now nobody can help you and you have to deal with it yourself
hows that going to work if you cleared cache. its clear you have a mod or mods that are conflicting with the Chiron in which you will have to find it and delete it
