Yes it's a video game, A Japanese game about girls solving incidents via danmaku, Watch the video if you would like but if you don't feel like it, That's fine.

As I think for the configuration, There would be better choices just incase Touhou does not fit either it could be Kantai Collection (a game about WW2 ships as anime girls) or something else.

Unless when the Scout is released, A Touhou or KanColle or whatever livery could be made by someone else.

Probably not, as the ford supervan was 1) RWD. 2) the entire body was reworked, which would mean basically making an entire new van from scratch.

 

Unless we have a configuration out of it, Better idea.
