He did. The problem is that he didn't release it. The mod was leaked by an individual which I'll not name, and was never meant to be publicly released (Hence the horrendous damage model)

 

So it's like he only make the mod to him? Beacuse if that's is the case it's very sad bc we dont have an good r8 mod, i hope it gets released .

He released it in his server to people with mod access (myself included)

The server is private so uh to put it slightly. You can't join nor get it.
