Shouldn't this few "refresh" or "facelift" models have a different production year from the "non-facelift" ones?

All three of those are facelifted models, in the description, they say "facelifted" or "refresh". I'm unsure whether non-facelift models are still 1986-1992, but make sure you check.

Yeah, the non-facelift non-MR Covets are all 1986-1992 models, as well. Which is really bizarre, since all the MR Covets have different model years (1986-1987 for the MR Turbo and Rally, 1987-1988 for the MR Turbo Evo, and 1988-1989 for the MR Race).

Well, these threads are used for discussing the vehicle, not bug-reporting.

with the covet remaster it lost its carbon fiber hoods. Would be neat if they returned in the future. my stance cars just dont look right without em.

Many, many mods did that With the v0.26+ Covet Remastered opening features.
    Hopefully that's a great car.

Anyone else notice how the Covet 1.5 DXi config's description says "Fuel injected 1.5 liter model with steel wheels and hubcaps", but the car doesn't have hubcaps?

Maybe a little round perhaps, though keep in mind this is a mid to late 80s design, by which point a lot of Japanese automakers were already ditching razor saharp angular lines for more a more curvaceous form. It also doesn't help that certain real life vehicles that likely inspired the design of the MRT were designed in the late 70s/early 80s, a time where razor sharp styling was where it was at:cool:

Given that I think the design of the Covet MRT is nicely proportioned and overall looks great:D

And seeing as I am already posting in the Covet thread, I feel the gauge cluster could use a little revamp as well
specifically the "UNLEADED FUEL ONLY" warning was a US thing, so it doesn't make sence for the RHD JDM Coverts to have it (though I like the 180km/h spedometer, which is authentic)
    upload_2023-3-13_23-35-3.png
Also feel the font/design could be a little more appealing

here is a cluster from an 88 civic (funny how it looks almost identical in terms of layout to the Covet:p)

and also a different cluster from Mazda, but notice the similarly blocky, distinctively 80s font used for the numbers and lettering, compared with the default windows fontset of the covet
I feel even just changing this small detail would drastically improve the appearance of the cluster:)
