radial menu BUG!

Go to options > ui apps and find the freeroam preset.

 

that has happened to me too, i have just reopened the game usually

 

that has not fixed the problem it just got rid of the UI app and now its gone

 

Do you see a box on top left corner? That should say freeroam. On my end, it had no preset at all so I had to change it to freeroam.

 

thats what I did, but all it did was reset it and got rid of the radial, when i tryied to add it back in it disappeared when i click esc but appears when im in normal

 

That's very strange, I don't think you're supposed the have the radial menu in your ui apps. I don't anyway and it works fine for me.

 

Open your userfolder, navigate to "settings" and delete the folder called "ui_apps".
That resets your UI layout and therefore fixes this issue.
