TAZ Mir was an ordinary family sedan produced since 1979 in the Soviet Union until 2007 in Russia.
Back in 1976 TAZ (Тольяттинский Aвтомобильный Завод, Tolyatti Automotive Plant) asked Ibishu if they could build a car of their own based on Ibishu's almost 10 year old Miramar platform. Ibishu approved the decision and in 1979 the first TAZ Mir rolled off the production line. It was offered with multiple (not so) different engine options and a few colors to choose from. It was quite successful in rallying and it won most competitions it entered. The production of the early model TAZ Mir lasted until 1986 when it was decided to update the vehicle to be more safe and modern looking. After the collapse of the Soviet Union in the beginning of the 90s the production started to slow down due to limited amount of resources. It took TAZ a few years to get the production back to where it was before the collapse of the Soviet Union. TAZ Mir continued to be sold just like it was before without any sort of updates beeing made to it. The production of it lasted until 2007 when TAZ decided to stop producing the iconic Mir.

Questions that will be probably asked:

Will there be any sort of paid content?
It may become paid with a demo version on the repo but I still gotta figure some stuff out. Ofcourse if it does become paid then it will be around 1 euro. But there is a possiblity that it will be free.

1) Will you add a wagon?
Probably not, im not that advanced in jbeaming and modelling yet.

2) What about a VFTS 2105 style rally car?
That is already planned.

3) When is the release?
When it is ready.

4) Will it be a seperate vehicle?
Yes

5) How is it different from the Miramar?
Lets say that only things that it shares with the Miramar is the suspension, windows and some early model bits. Most of the running gear has been overhauled with higher quality models or new textures.

To come back to the first question, since now you managed to build a new suv from scratch on the platform, do we still have the chance of getting wagon Mir in the future?

Will both vehicles have roof rack support? Some vehicles i use do not have support for the BeamNG roof rack item. Oh, and will both vehicles have tow hitches?
