I doubt it has anything to do with them adding a bicycle. It seems like the other icons next to it could possibly correspond to categories of assets, so I'm guessing it was just a somewhat generic icon they thought was representative for some category of items. But what do I know maybe you're onto something!
Does the BeamNG Team have a pattern or criteria for remastering their cars? The fist thing that comes into our minds when we think about remastering something, is the oldness of the vehicle, but is seems that's not it, since the next car to be remastered is a relatively new in comparasion with the, say, Hirochi Sunburst, for instance. What are your thoughs? what do you think that determins that pattern?
They collect player data on how people play the game. This generally includes things like maps and missions and whatnot used for general bugfixing but part of it is also what vehicles are chosen. My hunch is that they use this data to see which cars are more or less popular, and then try to improve upon those that are unpopular by revamping them to fit in with more popular vehicles instead of simply just letting the vehicle model itself go to waste and never be used.
remind me to never drive the moonhawk, burnside, miramar, 200bx, sunburst, t-series, barstow, and whatever other vehicles i forgot to put here ever again
Sorry for the confusion, I should have added a green circle or something. This is not my screenshot, if I had a dev version I wouldn't be speculating here. This is my take so far as well, but the icons in that area are the essentials to make a map, like edit an object, add an object, make a road, make a river, terrain tools, forest brushes... Almost every, if not all visits in the editor uses something from there, so either this is just there for the convenience of the developing guy or it is a new basic feature and then I have not really an idea what it could be My best idea so far what the bycicle could be used for temporarely is a vehicle (jBeam) editor, because a bycicle is a vehicle with visible beams, but even that seems a bit too far fetched and I would expect it in a submenu somewhere else instead, like the scenario stuff
yup mines all stock with almost 300k miles, my dad bought it in 08, and handed it to me when he bought a new 4runner trd pro, i love the silver ones too, also yes definitely feels like a little tank, [back on topic] at some point i hope the devs add a mid 2000s jeep like fj cruiser like suv, maybe a modern hopper?
Is that what wheelchair cars look like in Europe? Here in the U.S. they're either modified minivans or these things.
