It's not outdated, it was never completed or in an alpha state at all. A shame that you abandoned it but probably for the best.
Well, that means this mod is completely dead now. But I think it's for the best --- Post updated --- You should change that to "cancelled", so that new people don't think that you make a new version out of it.
i'll be honest, this mod started out as a total trainwreck, but i still felt like we could get something good out of it. shame it got cancelled, but if you feel like making a whole car is a bit of a hard task, maybe start with something simple, like a car part / a prop
