I think this is the actual diesel gauge cluster and the petrol/gasoline one will have the same but with higher redline marking. (This was an irl thing in gen1 Renault Thalia/Symbol, both diesel and petrol/gasoline variants had the same gauge cluster, without redline marking on the tachometer.)
there is a chance thats this IS a diesel gauge, considering the fact the 4 and 5 is hidden by the steering wheel. if it is, that would mean the redline is somewhere around 4500RPM
There is a picture in the development screens topic, that shows the dash in a different angle, the redline is at 5500 rpm, maybe it will have a revhappy diesel? https://www.beamng.com/attachments/screenshot_2023-03-18_01-37-23-png.1002355/
I noticed that after I made the textures and as they're not entirely done I won't be changing this. Also, for anyone wondering about the gauges : There will be imperial / mph and metric / km/h versions. I might make RHD versions of the interior later but it's not planned for the initial release.
The petrol needle is quite unique, moreover, the rpm is lower than the vivace, which is around 5.5K rpm, while the vivace is at 6.7k rpm. I'm sure it will probably have quite strong torque at low rpm compared to the rather heavy vivace due to turbo lag
since there's interior talk, just wondering if this may be relevant again :> (edit; forgot the image because i am stupdi)
I will be making custom engine models and a fully custom drivetrain overall. So no, it won't use the FCV engines. The only thing it shares with the FCV is the similarity in how the chassis is modelled. This has already been discussed before multiple times and I said I wouldn't be making a camper version (at least not in the initial release)
Hello sorry to be annoying but could you add support for this https://www.beamng.com/resources/realistic-headlights.25808/
will you make a demo of it? like you did with the picnic and add just the work config and the one with the 2 tone rims
most paid mods on the forums like this one and the picnic will have a demo version with a limited amount of configs. Its like a sample. So I'm guessing there will definitely be a demo version.
