Yeah, you're right, in the case of the LeGran Wagon the mod was outdated, so it was good reason to they add (also other reasons), but the ETK sedan mod is updated, but is also good that they will add it to the game
Finally ETK 800 remaster, hopefully it will break my resizable ETK mod and clickbait youtubers will stop using it
Well, wasn't expecting this. Judging by what Nadeox posted though we can assume that this is the new 800 and the old one will remain in its original form, but will obviously have been touched up Edit: is that the original 800 in the image? Obviously it's a coupe but the headlights look so much better that I thought this was a whole new gen, maybe I'm confused lol
Notice the tires of the orange ETK 800: they're SportPlus 2Rs, which tells us that we're, quite likely, seeing the highest performing version of the car. The orange car has also got an air duct above the ETK grille and a power bulge on the hood, which means that the new engine is indeed a Twin-Turbocharged Hot-V V8 and it needs some space for the air duct system under the hood. This air duct reminds me of the one in the AMG 63 models of the last decade with the M177-78 4.0 Twin-Turbo V8 (found in the AMG GT, AMG C63, AMG E63 and many other models of that era), only its visible here instead of camouflaged in the grille, like in the Merc models. Cropping the picture will deteriorate the resolution for the tires but the air duct and the power bulge are still clearly visible. Chris Harris showed and mentioned the air duct too, in the engine part of his video on the W205 C63 S.
thats because modders dont have to: fix the game, add new mechanics to the game, make everyone happy. we make mods because its something we miss from the base game, and others can enjoy it if they want to. they could also be checking mods to see what people want, so if its a popular mod they can assume that alot of people would be excited if a similar feature was added
This sharp curve on the ETK 800's rear door bothers me, waiting eagerly to see how it looks ingame. But the other stuff looks sick
If a mod exists for something and it's popular it means people want it in game so it's natural they would consider adding it officially
maybe they take a look at what mods are/were popular for a specific Vehicle/Map/Feature and decided to add their own twist
With a K and 800 remasters, I wonder if the I-Series will get any love this update, of it its just for the modern ETK cars.
I see a bastion competitor from a different country But just the new looks on (presumably) the K-Series HOLY FUCK IT LOOKS SICK
Out of the ETK's the I series needed love the most, other cars were in need of rework even more and i'm really surprised they decided to do the K and 800
I do think that the I-Series will get some new parts, but not anything too special, just to maybe prep it for it's remaster that may be coming in the next year or two --- Post updated --- The release will probably from how it looks, be in a week or two
