German cars are certainly pretty far from my area of expertise. After looking into this a bit more I think my point still mostly stands but I can see where one would say otherwise.

The Audi R8 with the 4.2 only made 415hp originally, which is similar to what that engine made in the RS4 at the time. However it didn't take long for Audi to drop the 5.2 in the R8, which was a huge bump in power. Some of Audi's full sized cars in the last 15 years have also made crazy HP (to the point where currently the R8 car is actually their 4th highest hp offering), but I don't think any of the cars competing with the 800-Series got anything more than the 450 hp range while the R8 quickly got to +520hp. Not a great comparison since Audi never has really had a K-Series competitor with their dedicated sports cars jumping from the TT all the way to the R8.

Mercedes also have had some crazy stuff, but the pre-hybrid C63s topped out in the low 500hp range. Like the Audi's, that is comparable to some of their mid-range sports cars, but those sports cars often have options above that as well. A top spec SL or AMG GT makes a lot more hp than the contemporary C63s. I'm assuming/hoping this is the situation the post-remaster 800/K-Series will be in.

As for BMW: While the Z4 has never even approached the 400hp mark as far as I know and the M3s have exceeded that mark somewhat regularly, their flagships like the M6 and more recently the M8 still make a fair bit more than that. Like Audi this isn't a great comparison since the Z4 just never really got too crazy and most of BMW's flagships have been closer to an ETK X28 than a K-Series.

Oh yes of course it wouldn't be the same engine I'm just arguing that an 8X8 ttsport is plausible, especially considering that the 800 is way older than people think. On the topic of tuners, I meant it as a trim level akin 5o S/RS/M, which would be tuned by an in-house like BMW M or Quattro Gmbh (etksport?). I just don't think we need a whole new third-party-gone-inhouse tuner like AMG, as I think ttsport will do fine for this. Maybe different levels, like ddsport, tt-line, or evo could help flesh it out?

Edit: I forgot to add, being as big as an SL, the K-series will hopefully have more than 8 cylinders in the top model. My thoughts for a lineup were something like this-

8x3t, 8x4t, 8x4d, 8x6, 8x6t, 8x6d, 8x6 ddsport, 8x8 ttsport

Kc4t, Kc4d, Kc6, Kc6d, Kc6t, Kc6d, Kc8t, Kc8 ttsport, Kc12, Kc12 ttsport

the first to catch my attention was the 200BX's listing of "darude sandstorm" and the recent addition of "sandstorm performance" as a brand, this hint was held back for many years.
that led to me looking at the others, like the hopper's reference to Lenny Kravitz's "Fly away", the next vehicle added to the game was the DT40L, with the jato config prominently "flying" in the finale of the "get busy" campaign.

I also recalled that the pessima displayed Elton John's "Candle in the wind" but it appears to have been removed in its remaster.
"Candle in the wind" was a song about the death of marylin monroe, and in GTA V, there's a car based on the lamborghini miura called the monroe, so there was most likely a 60s mid-engine civetta planeed that got scrapped after too many people shitposted begging for the fulmine.
then, rather interestingly, the bolide's radio was updated to include "I just can't get enough" by Depeche mode, of course, this came only shortly before the massive amount of content in 0.27.

Now, that leaves us with the vivace/tograc. while they don't have a 7-segment display, nor do they show a typical song, they do feature "Radio Haricot" in the top corner of the screen.
a Haricot is a type of bean, which may be referring to the alt-right conspiracy theory about "BeanNG.drive" (don't look it up on 8chan) but other than that, I can't find any leads.
Can anyone else think of what "Radio Haricot" could be in reference to?

What are the chances the update drops tomorrow
The devs would be like "April fools! But not really, have fun!"
I've seen so many companies and game devs do that I wouldn't be surprised but I wouldn't be like "Wow, so funny how it released today on April fools, anyways..."
Or maybe we get an April fools update

Realistically, we probably got a week or two more of teasers, then it'll release. I mean, it looks like they have a very solid product judging by the two 800s and that K series from the teasers, so I wouldn't expect much longer to wait.
