That sounds healthy. Sometimes i think society and technology has advanced too much for our still monke brains to adapt, and that's what can give us sometimes way too much stress and anxiety of our daily routines. Sometimes we really do need to take a break in nature to remind ourselves what our brains have evolved millions of years to seek as peace. After i started going more to nature i found myself a lot more calm even in day to day situations.
