Hiiiiii, I'm italian so forgive my grammar mistakes please. I wanted to ask some questions and report some design mistakes in all the Herbies; While watching Herbie frontally I noticed that the metal part inside the left headlight was missing (in all the Beetles), Also I cannot shut off Herbie's AI because Beamng drive's menu changed (I think because of an update) how do I turn it off? If someone ever replies to me, thank you so much!
The Herbie AI can be "shut off" in two ways: (assuming the latest version is used) 1. Remove the "Herbie Personality" part in the "Behavior" part slot 2. Use the "V" key to turn of the ignition and power. 3. Use a config which is not Herbie themed.
Sadly the V button just shuts off the engine and herbie still lives, the behaviour part slot was removed, and the configurations for herbie are all herbies now. Where can i find the behavior part slot now?
I was trying to make an remake of a beetle model called "Pe de boi", it would be cool if we had an exterior and interior colorable chorme parts
Apparently, that was the name: Brazil's Depression Created Some Of The Most Stripped-Out Cars Ever Sold (jalopnik.com)
Its a cheap version of the beetle for the ones who can't afford one, however there was the normal one
why does this mod not have any real engine mods. currently working on porting parts from the autobello to this mod
The engine needs some love. Having parts to alter the performance like on built-in cars would be neat. This will be, to some extend the topic of the next update.
also could do with better brakes/tires for the herbie config like with the original also heres the file for the mod i made --- Post updated --- wasnt the foglight black before the PBR update
It's me again! I solved the AI problem I had! (I had the old version, that's why the behaviour slot wasn't there). I have another question now. How can i make one of the beetles go faster? (except for herbie, he's fast of its own)
Also could you bring back the old classic beetle Wheels? They were part of the old version of the mod and looked pretty much film accurate! I'm talking about the slim ones with no Goodyear text
