Update Speculation thread

quick look at the changelog, and i noticed a few things
1: the file path has a 0.29 folder instead of 0.28
2. GTG's T-Series expansion pack was used to demonstrate the updated broken mod display
which leaves me to believe that 2 things are for sure:
1. we MIGHT get something added to the T-Series in the future updates
2. stenyak did it on purpose so that everyone will believe that we will be getting a t-series refresh (we all know we're getting Kinect support, Stenny)
3. the T-Series is getting removed and replaced with a minivan

 

Y'all are overthinking a simple broken mod, lol.

 

GTG's expansion pack was used because it overwrote vanilla files, which caused it to break with most updates. (never have your mods overwrite vanilla files.) Also, I can't find the post where this was said, but my understanding is that the second development finishes on the current version, all new development is focused on the new version, which is why you often see devs immediately running the next number version of the game right after an updates release. (ex., 0.29)

 

Never, as much as I like telling the community things and joking around with posting pictures of fake leaks I do not want to ruin people's hard work time and effort, all I can say is there's cool stuff planned and in the works, as to what that is? Well you have to wait and see what the future holds.

So I want to express my guess.(This is just my own guess, which is not completely accurate, so please don't attach too much importance to this message.)

First,I think we will have a high chance of getting a new vehicle in 0.29.

Developers maybe have formed their own set of rules in terms of game updates:They update at least two new vehicles every year.

2020:We got 2 cars.

Cherrier Vivace and Cherrier Tograc
(I'm not sure, because they both build on FCV platform.)

2021:We got 3 cars.

Soliad Wendover,Ibishu Wigeon and Bruckell Bastion

2022:We got 5 cars.

Civetta Scintilla,Autobello Stambecco,FPU Wydra,SP Dunekicker,SP Rockbasher.

And developers have put too much effort into the update of 0.27.They need time to adjust their energy.So it is reasonable to update a new vehicle in 0.29.It also conforms to the cycle of "1 new car comes out in 6 months"

In view of the fact that the developers will update the T series in next update.I guess they will have a new truck in the game.(。-ω-)

Just like the previous update.Developers sometimes release some vehicles with similar positioning to the remaster vehicles in an update.

Like Ibishu Wigeon and the remaster of Ibishu Pigeon in 0.23.

Or Soliad Wendover from Bruckell and the remaster of Bruckell LeGran in 0.22.

If they decide to update a new vehicle in 0.29, it will probably be a new truck.And European trucks are a big vacancy in the game.We only have a few mods about european truck now.(σ-`д・´)
I think developers should set their sights here.

I still hope that developers can do something about trucks.Now the trucks in the game are T-series and T-series besides T-series.……(ᇂ_ᇂ|||)After all these years, We really need a brand-new truck~
