The Miramar is even worse on that front, it shows a 5k redline and ends at 6k while the factory GTz has a 7k redline and the drift build goes to 8k. All of the engines available rev past 5k anyways, which makes me wonder if there was another that was scrapped before release - maybe a smaller, underpowered i4 like its closest IRL counterpart (Toyota Corona) or a <3L V8 like the Crown Eight/Century.
SUNBURST REMASTER CONFIRMED Okay, so if you load up ECUSA, the description for the Nodeoline Dealership is, "Refuel your vehicle and check out some new vehicles," and the only vehicle there is a Sunburst under a tarp. I'm probably wrong.
i think the sunburst under the tarp is just one of the default car tarp models, it's been around for a good while
They have still yet to find the cheesecake good sir, rumour has it that the speculation will cease once they do.
I was thinking that the developers haven't shown us teasers for so long.Maybe they are preparing a big surprise, and something is not enough to show us. It's almost half a year since the last update with a new car.I am looking forward to the developers showing us a model of a new car in the future. ヾ(*´ー`*)ノ゛ --- Post updated --- It is also possible that they hid the surprise they had already prepared, and just delayed showing teasers to teaser us.(⇀‸↼‶)
weeks ago the developer of the automation mentioned that the beamng developers didn't do much conversation with them about implanting the new track designed by automation. I think devs are busy with a new map.
I have found actual speculation I was looking at the beamng.tech website, and was reading under the 0.28 update for BeamNG.tech, and they had a video that showed them loading into the game Upon further inspection, I found two things: This was the main menu, and as you can see, there is a button that says ui.playmodes.multiplayer. I don't want to look too far into things, but this confirms that the beamng devs are working on multiplayer. In addition, when they clicked on freeroam, there was this was the screen: On the top right corner is the Circuit of the Americas, which I can only assume will be the next map. My theory (which is probably wrong), is that the map team finished the Circuit of the Americas and planned to release it with tire temps to make a racing-themed update but tire thermals were delayed (as we know). TLDR: Multiplayer is being worked on, and the Circuit of the Americas is probably the next map
Very interesting... seems almost too good to be true, but it's not beammp nor the circuit of the americas mod that is in the forums (the current circuit of the americas has a different thumbnail, and doesn't have the beamng logo). An explanation to this would be that it's a dev version of the game, using a few mods to see what breaks, but again I'm not sure if those are mods. Unless the multiplayer thing is KissMP, which i do not have experience with. I'm still leaning towards this being some kind of dev version, cause there are a lot more maps than just COTA. Big island, Two west coasts, and a vehicle dealership. But if they are infact making a COTA, i'd be interested as to why, since beamng isnt really track focused
Yes, Beamng was never really made to be a simulator, but it does damn well at it If it is a mod in the dev version, maybe they are working on some more track-focused content Beamng is the Swiss Army Knife of car games, and maybe the devs are pushing the limits and seeing where they need to improve to become a true racing game to stand shoulder to shoulder to AC or Forza Motorsport, which could explain the Circuit of the Americas in the map selector --- Post updated --- Edit: Just watched the video on Beamng.tech, there are no mods installed in the video, therefore suggesting that the two "mod" based items would be added officially
