The video doesn't show any backfire, even the one the game has. I believe the game already has what you want, you just aren't using the right car. Try one of the rally cars (Vivace in particular), and they'll start popping a lot more. In particular, the Autobello Picollina just doesn't backfire much with a stock exhaust.
