are your configs technically seperate vehicles, or actual configs?
if the first, you need the folder of the car (the one that is in the specific car's vehicle folder) in a folder called vehicles.
    So
    vehicles/car/files of the car
then you put your other variants in the same location as that 'car' folder (different names obviously).

If it's actual configs, you only have one 'car' folder, and the files including the configs' .pc files are in there.

The "repo" and "vehicle" folders must be separate when you zip them together.. It sounds like you've put them in a folder under the car's name, which does not work. If you drag the two folders to the desktop and zip them from there it should be easier.

Hang on I’m pretty thick, so I’m importing 1 car from automation then finding the vehicle folder then putting another car inside? haha

I am also not the best at explanations, but to sum it up, you copy the files into their designated places. (blend files go into the blend folder, engine files go into the engine folder, and so on) Make sure that the repo and the vehicle folders that you want to zip together and not already combined in a folder.

Using my Walrus as an example like SRT just did (thanks for that!) those two folders cannot be packed in another folder, which, in this case, would be called "paxel walrus". For you, this would be whatever your car is called.

From what I've heard, it creates a hidden file or folder or something that breaks the mod. As I mentioned before, it's best (and easiest) to drag the two folders to the desktop and zip them from there. If you're still confused then contact me on Discord (PaxelPenguin#9824) and I can guide you through the when I next have time.

Yeah mate i have done that, i made a folder with the name i wanted the mod to be and then made the corresponding folders inside that folder, then i dragged the right things to the right places, and still doesnt show up in BEAMNG. As i say i am incredibly thick and have still probably done the wrong thing lmao

That's the thing, you need to forget about making the folder with the name you want, as that breaks it. Just drag the individual "art" and "vehicle" folders to the desktop (I apologize for the cockup, I meant to say art and NOT repo. You might want to take the blend and the engine files out of the repo folder if you put them in there. Sorry!) and zip them together.
