    wat
EVGA cards are great. I've always used XFX or Sapphire and both are great too, but for Nvidia GPUs EVGA is the best (unless you want a reference cooler, then XFX).

Yep, EVGA and MSI GPUs are my favorite. -Someone who has owned 3 XFX cards, some older ones like PNY, an EVGA, and currently using an MSI.

I wish that computer components were like cars. You can't buy an unreliable car nowadays. The most unreliable car you can buy right now is the Mini Countrymen, and it only spends and average of like 2.5 days in the shop a year or something like that. Whereas components can fail after a few minutes' use. But, hey, I can dream, can't I?

What? If anything, computer components are much more reliable than cars. I mean, I have 10+ year old laptops that have never broken. Show me a car that can do that under normal use.

I can assume you mean anything other than normal maintenance, as you have to maintain a computer just as you maintain a car. Disk defrags and cleanups, updates and so on. Oil, ATF, filters, tires. Other than its 3-times-over salvage title, my Corolla has been reliable as hell for the passed owners, knew them both, and it's almost 20. Never any problems under normal use, not counting the 3 collisions it's been in. A computer is the same way, sort of. Keep it away from liquid and keep antivirus on it, and you'll be fine. There's always the occasional hard drive or memory stick that goes bad (or a motherboard after a year and a bit, fuck you ASRock).

It's 9:45 p.m. I'm tired, cranky, and have a headache. For some reason I'm siting here debating the reliability between computers and cars, when they aren't even comparable. I should join my school's debate team. I'm no good at debating, obviously, I've lost every single argument on the forum (including this on, by the looks of it), but I guess I enjoy it. Who knows, I may actually sleep tonight.

What am I doing with my life?

    hot damn
I wish I had more money to buy cars like this while I'm still young enough to have fun with them.
I want to flip cars. Buy something like that. Drive it for a year or so while fixing it up along the way. Sell. Profit. Rinse. Repeat.
My dad is pretty contested to that idea though.
Hell, as long as that house across the street is vacant, I have room to park a few cars.

Try looking for a bone stock 2001-03 Subaru WRX sedan in World Rally Blue, then tell me that Craigslist makes finding cars easy.

This was Tapatalk's idea, not mine.

Cpu cooler I understand, but peak load? You're minecraft install is broken, I run it with 200+ mods and it never even gets close to low load, let alone peak load, and your cpu is bounds ahead of mine.

Temps are 5c more then idle when running minecraft for me (my idle temps are usually around 32c)

So you cant find 1 car (that supposedly doesnt exist) and craigslist automatically isnt good for finding cars easily? (Besides, I said on low budget, you ain't getting no rally blue subaru wrx on a low budget, at least on my definition) Thats like saying beamng sucks just because the "Russian" mods are unrealistic

Edit: darnit tapatalk, y u no combine posts

The first Skoda Felica was made 20 years ago. I should really get one before they become collectibles. I know that the latter is not going to happen, but i can dream.

Sorry, but I don't really understand what so special about these cars. They're just a little European hatchback. I mean, I suppose they're ok looking, but beyond that, I don't see why it's special.

You can't understand that, and nobody expects you to. You could take that car as ... czech heritage. Everybody here knows them, and everybody drove in at least one. with the production ending in 2001, it was still the most common car on czech roads in 2011. When you own one, or drive one, you just feel like you are part of the community. All older Skoda cars are like this, the 105, and others. I could call it patriotic, and when i think about it... it sorta is.
