The gearing for the Nordschleife setup seems a bit short. it starts bouncing off the rev limiter at around 174 MPH in the first sector, and if its doing that in the first sector, the final straight will be an issue
Another part with borked UVs found: GT3 right door: Vanilla hardtop right door: PS: the rear fascia on the GT3 bumper has flipped UVs (which are correct because the performance bumper is flipped, but having this flipped when the vanilla one stays the same makes no sense).
I prefer the old rear bumper design which tried to follow the body shape tbh, this looks as if it was simply bolted on.

I tried, but it looked too square compared to it, and modifying the fender itself resulted in bad shading
So what about Porsche bumpers? I installed vanilla cut bumpers. It may be easier to imagine the finish here
I feel like a vent suits the car better than to block it off, since it's not round like a porsche. I'll try some things to make it look more attached.
- I noticed two different options for 'Ethanol Fuel Tanks', but once selected, the engine does not work due to lack of fuel. I was wondering what the intention of these fuel tanks was, and if I am doing something wrong when trying to utilise them? - Additionally, I was wondering if you intend to create more GT3 spec mods as it would be great to have a variety of cars to use on BeamMP server hosting the mod (especially with the recent release of a tire wear and drafting mod)?
Hello! I absolutely love this mod, it's wild! Im still currently reading the thread from the begginning so might say some things that you already've been heard/working on/etc. Theres some things that I want to say: Bugs / strange things 01. Bumper with additional lights doesnt show its model (at all), just the conrods and other stuff on the bumper, but not the bumper nor the lights. (I cleared the cache and even reinstalled fresh BeamNG but it didnt help) Fix: Fix the model ig. 02. Inconsistency with names: 01. Front tires named "245/40R18 King Type-3 Front Tires" and rear named "305/40R18 GT3 Rear Tires". 02. Front brakes named "GT3 Steel Front Disc Brakes" and rear named "GT3 Rear Disc Brakes". Fix: Rename properly. 03. Fuel cap stays in the air if rear subframe is removed/ripped off. Fix: Make window cover as one part, and fuel cap as custom rear fenders or better - modification for them. 04. With GT3 Hood theres locks, but hood can't be opened. (Also to open it you supposed to open both locks as on other oem racecars in the game) Fix: Make it open. It really makes that small dose of immersion that makes your day . 05. Mod compatibility. 01. Exhaust. I wanted to install different exhaust, but theres only race exhaust option, even through there should not be any problem with having options on it. If you wanted to make competititve, you can make two models: one strict and other with open list of modifications. 02. Also I wanted to install a roof intake but there was no slot for roof accessories on the body. Fix: Make slots open. (By that I mean make list of "slots" shareble with an original model of engine if that makes sense) 06. Rainlight works like stoplight. Fix: Make it flash with timer. (As for very example: KTM X-Bow GT4 from Forza Horizon 5) 07. Ballast cant be set at 0kg. Fix: Extend the limit from 5kg to 0kg. 08. Driver Weight limit is kinda high. Theres people that weigh about 25kg. And also if theres option to remove Driver Weight entirely, why not let people set it to 0 whenever they want to? Fix: Extend the limit by your decision. 08. If you change bumper you lose side bumper things (Also can be described as diffuser part I guess) Fix: Make them as defuser modification, this way you will get higher mod compatibility. 09. Car don't work with 5.2L V10 GT3 Engine and Electric Engine at the front. It will be fun to try driving hybrid just simply for fun . Fix: Fix the engine. 10. If you choose Center Lug Front Wheel Hubs after 5-Lug Front Wheel Hub: 01. When you change wheels to GT3 ones, they spawn without tires. 02. When you choose GT3 Front Disc Brakes, front will spawn with Full Race Barke Pads and rear will spawn with Semi-Race Brake Pads. 03. If you choose "CBR GT3 Rear Wheels (Colorable)" the car brakes and the rear flies up. Also theres no such wheels for the front. Fix: Add default tires for GT3 Wheels. Fix default rear brake pads. Fix CBR GT3 Wheels and add them to the front as well. 11. Compressor sound is kinda broken. It happens for no almost no reason or consistency and can even jumpscare you. Fix: Make it make sense / Change the sound / Remove it completely. (The last one is what I did for myself ). 12. Make Camber Adjust, Caster Adjust, Toe Adjust settings much more flexible. At max -100 camber I only got -3.2 degrees, at max caster +100 I got 5.7, at max toe +100 I got insane -1.2 degrees which is really unacceptable. I should be able to at least make camber -4, caster 15, toe 0. But more is appreciable . Fix: Extend the values limits. Wishes 01. Adjustment of front aero. 02. Add engine maps, just like in ACC. For example: 01 - Qualify / Most power and least fuel efficiency. 02 - Push / High power and low fuel efficiency. 03 - Steady / Medium power and medium fuel efficiency. 04 - Economy / Low power and high fuel efficiency. 05 - Pacecar / Least power and almost no fuel usage (And speed limit at 100kph / 60mph). You can probably make it by changing airflow or fuel richness, not really sure. 03. Custom model suspension with complex geometry and bumpstops. 04. I'd like to see racing slidable window on the passenger side (Just like driver side has). 05. Combine Left and Right Fuel Volume setting into one (Make them automatically get even). 06. More custom models, like: 01. New radiators. 02. Beefier driveschafts. 03. 07. Slightly widebody . 08. Gear by gear customisation. It might be little unfair in competetive racing so you better make two versions - one that is tunable and other that isn't. 09. Carbon fibre fillers between rear fenders and rear bumper can look cool if make it like grill (Like radiator exhausts. 10. Make custom inner fenders and brakes cooling pipe like it is on real racecars. 11. Customisable text on spoiler and windshield. Also custom numberplates (Just like the display on the windshield will be good) 12. Tube chassis (Subframe), maybe even that goes through the entire car and connects with rollcage. 13. MORE STEERING WHEELS. I really would love to see wheel like Fanatec McLaren GT3 Steering Wheel or Fanatec BMW M4 GT3 Steering Wheel. 14. Handle on the dors in lock-like style (Like you did on the hood). 18. V8 will be amazing to have as nowadays all GT3 cars have V8/V6 engines. 19. Maybe change rear window (The one that is ontop of the engine) to grille of some sort? On real racecars its rare to see a window just for the engine (My guess). 20. Pit limiter will be EXTREMELY helpful . Questions 01. What "Competizione mode" stays for? I didnt find any description of it anywhere, it will be also amazing if you will make a small FAQ section on the mod page. Thats a bit weird tbh, a dude with 25kg won't be able to press those brake pedals consistently. Iirc full brake power at least in DTM cars was at least 100kg. Will check i guess 10. Yeah that needs some cleaning, post-testing mess 11. For you to know that it's actually pretty consistent, because it's actually coded, not just random % to trigger. There's a LUA coded air tank with certain PSI, and with each shift you draw some air from it (to shift irl), downshifting takes around twice as more air than upshift, and when you hit low pressure threshold, compressor kicks in. Its worth noting series dont allow fuel maps anymore. they regulate the lambda of the AFR for GT3 cars now meaning you really only get one map. iRacing recently reflected this change to their GT3 cars
