Locate "Snipping Tool" in your windows search bar, click new, and drag the box to take a picture and paste it here (Ctrl + V). I would advise against posting threads like this without pictures, or sufficient proof work is actually being done.
Download Infranview 64 and then press PRINT SCREEN on your keyboard. Open up Infranview64, then hold click and move it across the area you want to keep. And then press Edit, then press Crop Selection (Cut out) and save it and post it here.
no reason to install programs to take screenshots. win+printscreen will screenshot everything, and save it to a folder under photos, printscreen alone will screenshot everything and save it to your clipboard, and snipping tool lets you take screenshots of a selected area, lets you add it to your clipboard, and lets you save it.
This is the first time I have seen anyone ever seen recommend downloading that software... It came preinstalled on the computers at my university and nobody knew what it was even useful for so it was removed lol. All of its features are already in default Windows tools.
That reminds me of the software that the school uses on the computers. If the guys got a nvidia gpu he could use GeForce experience
Yeah, it is how I use it and only use it for because I am just too dumb to understand the windows printscreen format, also yeah I learnt it from handy google ofc..
i am also willing to offer my "expertise" in all areas (model, uv maps, materials, jbeam). it should be relatively straightforward and a good learning process.
windows+shift+s allows you to drag a box for what to take a snip of in windows. You can then directly paste it into beamng's forums text box here
