Spanish configuration would require inventing a brand name and a logo. for example FEAT Fabrica Española de Automóviles de Turismo, So my guess is unless someone does a mod of this mod after it comes out were are not getting a pseudo SEAT
I think there is something called imagination, the game allows you to leave the car to your liking with the garage option, the same happens with the Piccolina, just put the Spanish license plates on it and that's it, Spanish version, that's what I did with the Piccolina too and I liked how it turned out. I am Spanish, as soon as I saw the project I already thought of some beautiful license plates in Madrid. The brand is the least.

Hello again, I'm still alive! It's been a little bit more than 2 weeks since the last update (in classic me fashion) but after the Gambler challange and a vacation, at long last the Aria is back to WIP! And as some progress, here are the high-poly engine models, all textured and fully finished now: I'm gonna try to make the low-polys now, and hopefully by the end of next week the engines should all be finally finished!
At long last, the engines are complete! Here's how they look: It took a long time, but I think they turned out pretty well!

I don't really think I can make it sound like that, I'm not too experienced in creating sounds from youtube recordings, and I'd rather use clean vanilla samples.The ones I used for the smaller are probably the closest I can get to that sort of resonance-y exhaust sound. But who knows, maybe some day I'll have enough skills to do what you're suggesting!
