Not sure if it has been mentioned but Ubisoft made the graphics in Watchdogs for Pc the same as the graphics on a console to make consoles look as good as the Pc version but some guy found the code to enable/disable the Actual pc graphics and then Ubisoft removed the code.

Police gave up trying to deal with it, said they don't want to take it back to where it came from because it will be neglected. Oh yeah, because we totally have the means to look after a horse, we don't know anything about them. Police did bust door down to get into the owners place, months of mail built up apparently. If we chase it out, then its left wondering around with the possibility of walking onto the main road. Would be the 3rd horse from the gyppos to have been killed by a car, writes off cars too, possibility of killing occupant of car in the crash. Police also don't want to put it down. RSPCA, completely ignoring it.
I think if I were in your position, I'd just take the horse for myself. Graceful animals they are. I like horses.
Thats fucktarded. Im not very familiar with the police system of the UK, but here in the US it goes town police, sheriff (entire county) and then state police. Generally within the town police is animal control who would take care of this sort of thing. If there any higher power you can talk to authority-wise? Or any animal organization that isnt as shitty as PETA?
Well considering state we are taught generally means a country, you could say the states of Britain are England, Scotland, Wales, northern ireland and a few others. UK, you get your county police or your county police or your county police and maybe if you are really (un)lucky the county police. Animal control were who we had up here already, regular police bashed owners door in. Only.productive thing that has happened so far is that legal action will be taken against owners for animal neglect. But that's happened before. Nothing changed. RSPCA are only animal organisation I know of. Fat load of good they've been, as usual.
Well realistically i see 2 options without the aid of law enforcement. Scare it off. Its not your horse, not your problem. Horses dont like loud noised (hint hint). Or kill it, butcher it, and mix it in with ground beef.
I don't know about the exacts of where 6677 lives but you would be lucky to fit a horse in most UK gardens never mind actually looking after one. Fun Fact: In UK housing estates they place houses like tetris blocks! This is a development on my local housing estate, note the size of a single parking bay compared to the sizes of the gardens and houses. From experience i can say that one of those parking spaces will only just about hold a large car such as a ford galaxy (and i really mean with somewhere around a foot on the sides and possible overhang over the kerb or road). So yeah, they cram them in, and who cares about the neibours overlooking your rear garden etc. The top row of annotated houses will probably be 3 to 4 bedroom houses. Oh compared to most I am privelaged to have the space I do. But I have no idea how much space a shire horse needs. But yes. Pink house on a farm. We don't farm the farm, our house is just on the farm. Damn big garden too with a section fenced off somewhat like a paddock.
Horses dont need too much room. My brother is a farrier, during the winter he kept the horses in the barn, and let them out in an area of about 15x20 yards (maximum, that is an overestimate) but food cost, shoeing cost, healthcare and all that stuff adds up to a significant amount of money
Fun facts, my house is pink. You can fit 4 cars on the driveway side by side and still get them out. 7 if you block each other in. A lot more if you count the paddock type bit.

Decided to try and make sense of how they have layed out some housing about a mile away from me. I had to resort to satellite view to figure out who's garage was who's etc. I want to know who designed this layout and make sure that they never have a job in planning ever again. The "other" family has to go through their back garden to get to their drive while the front entrance of the house is on a public path (for walking along) The shared drive goes to some other guys parking and Family 2's parking @6677 I guess at least there is proper drainage from toilets etc
