You propably saw the Gavril Bandit, a mod that’s a BeamNG port of a RoR mod made by gabester.

 

I bet the license plate were grouped to the bumper and you downloaded that off thirdparty websites.

 

Yeah that’s propably what happened. I have a feeling downloading it was deliberate though…

It’s grouped propably because the car uses a jbeam of a car with the license plate on a bumper, and the „modder” had so much free time he moved the license plate up a few centimeters.
