That’s actually a good question. I think so, I’m assuming it’s a collaborative effort between Finn and Theo.

But for start/stop, idk

The Vela is a rebody of the CCF, but will be a separate mod. It'll require the CCF to work.

the CCF will be one mod, with the CCF2 and eCCF and all aftermarket
the Vela & RF will be another mod, relying on the CCF and in the CCF config list, and will be released after the CCF (i don't know how long after)
there is also a possibility of a 'add-on' skin pack as a compilation of Shados and Finn's overflow skins, due to mod size, but i am yet to discuss this with Shados
