What pc i should buy

i was beamng fan for 4 years, but my pc just can't run it normally. The game has a lot of freezes and i can't play with atleast FOUR cars, cuz fps goes to unstable 18-22. So i need to choose nice pc and want to get help from them, who knows it in the best way-beamng players! ( i created profile only cuz of this, but have been watching forum for years) i need to make my pc run beam in stable fps with high-ultra setting, while runing 9-13 cars on big maps. Also i don't live in USA, computers here are not so, but more expensive.
My current one
GTX 1030 (non TI )
CPU is i39100f
16 GB ram ddr4
also, sorry if you didnt understand me, eng isn't my country's language
if you want to check price of gaming thingies, here's my country: russia ( pls don't hate me )

Get a core i5 9600 or i7 9700 or i9 9900. You can get a gtx 1070 for 70-100$ and that’ll be good for 1080p ultra 60fps with 8 Ish cars.

IDK About that, for first i have to get a pc for a lot of, but not only for beam also i have to give current pc to my friend from turkey ( he's in russia at the moment), his pc got destroyed just like his whole town (yeah, earthquake). So i need sepparetly new pc

Ok I’ll get you a nice pc build on PcPartPicker done tomorrow, and you’ll be able to purchase the parts after, and build it yourself. The pc will be specifically built for beamng, but will be an awesome machine for other games and productivity too

i can get 20+ cars with a i5 13600kf and a quadro 4000 2gb
