I will think about this, but that needs me to reopen 36x20 files xD So I might not adding it soon, but I write it down on my to-do list --- Post updated --- Are you sure you're in the right shift mode?
Are you sure you're in the right shift mode? On which car is it happening, what engine, how mich HP and rpm do you have?
Do you have other mods installed, try to deactivate all other mods, It should work. When you have high rpm engines in a truck which doesn't has such high rpm it can have problems with shifting, but with the scintilla that should work
I can't see the engine. idk why but the engine is just blank for me. heres a photo. it's a v10 but I can't see it.
does that happen with other engines from this mod on this car too? did you check on other cars if there is also no model?
oh. now I see. one of the cars doesnt really work with the universal engine mod. in which the engine is not appearing. but in other cars it does. another thing I dont see the modifications on the engine. like the turbos. I dont see them.
Hey RK I have a question, can you give a detailed tutorial on how we can import your mod to modded vehicles. I have some custom vanilla cars i would kill to use your engines on.
did you try other transmissions? otherwise idk. --- Post updated --- you need to still have another engine equipped to use the universal engine slot. It will just overwrite it. you need to choose a turbo exhaust header to use a turbo --- Post updated --- You can try to use the universal engine slot in the license plate design. It doesn't work on all the cars sadly
No matter what transaxle I use your engines won't shift with them but if I don't use your mod I can shift with any
You can try to use the universal engine slot in the license plate design. It doesn't work all the time but mostly Either reinstall the mod again or do a clean install of the game and only activate my mod. If you know how you also could try to send me the console if there is any error
im having a new problem, sometimes vehicles (i only use vanilla cars with your engines) that have an automatic and your engine, will die as soon as i put it into drive. ive tried changing gear ratios, wheels/tires, and making the engine more powerful. nothing seems to work other than using a manual transmission. if i do try to use an automatic, i usually can get it to move by "clutch dumping" into drive as long as i keep the throttle at 100%. i sometimes have to do the same even for manual transmissions
copy all your mod and vehicles folder out of the beamng and your custom keybindings in documents (which are now under appdata) and delete everything else (or just move it away first) and then deinstall the game and reinstall it. --- Post updated --- so the engines just don't show up on the cars? --- Post updated --- is this happening on every car? on which cars did you test it yet.
