also skoda is spelled right škoda

 

Except that is not a key on a UK keyboard which leaves it very difficult to type without any existing key combination either (there are key combos for french characters only)

 

really š is this thing czech alphabet has to write easilly and faster, we actually read it like you would read "sh", so we read shit as šit. there are lot of other characters like this.
Škoda reads as Shkoda
Škoda outside cz is spelled "Skoda" with S because there would be too many people that would not understand it on the first try and make a mess, so they made it simply clever
