Issues with the in-game repository/mod manager.

The shortest way i can describe my feelings towards the in-game repository/mod manager is that it sucks. The entire thing is sluggish and 90% of the mods i download end up with the error (if the file downloads at all) ''could not download file, check console for details'' while when i download the exact mod and put it in the game it just works without any problems. I have attached a file showing the detail of the problem so someone could atleast try to help me, because this is genuinely pissing me off.

 

I have no clue what causes this, except maybe the game can’t find the user folder?
I dunno other than that, so sorry I can’t help more.

 

oh yeah, and now this is happening. i literally have the mod why does it have to redownload it again just because its not on the repo folder????????_???.

and this happenes EVERY SINGLE TIME I OPEN THE GAME. i even tried to unsubscribe yet its STILL DOWNLOADING

also i managed to find a solution for this problem. i just exited the game and downloaded the mod from the forums, and just like i said it works without any problems.
