That interior is stolen from my VW Scirocco mod, I would be fine with it as long as you asked for permission before using it.
I´m really sorry for that! So here comes the question: Is it okay, if I can use it (as a basis for editing (I already edited it, as you can see))? It was a pretty stressful week and I simply forgot to ask... If you say no, then I would use another interior, modelled by myself. The interior isn´t currently in the game, so I can simply delete the .dae file from it and I would forget it and starting modelling myself. If you would allow, that I can use it (the version, I edited), then I would thank you a lot and of course would credit you at the end, when the mod releases. Sorry again! Sincerly, Schmitti
Thanks for apologizing! I'll let you use the interior for now, but next time don't forget to ask people for permission, so this doesn't happen again
I don´t know, what the problem is, but every time, I write a message, it gets published as an answer to my last post... Hmmmm teaser:
First: It´s the car, my parents drive. Second: I like it. And third: It´s a type of car, I´ve missed a bit in BeamNG. Is that answer enough? --- Post updated --- I now fixed every issue, I had, like that the "lowbeam" decal was always on and, that the parking brake was equally on with the hazard light. Yes, if you turn on the hazard lights, the hazard light button blinks on too. (A feature, that I miss on vanilla BeamNG cars.). Okay, thats it for today. Greetings, Schmitti
Thanks for the positive feedback! You manage, to motivate me, every time, I haven´t that much motivation . Today, I will be working on the interior lights and fixing some of the light textures. It will be a hard piece, but I´m quite optimistic!!!
Okay guys, thanks for all the support. I´ve got it: UPDATE TIME!!! I was able, to fix every light texture and made the interior lights properly work! I recorded a little showcase video, where I present all the lights from the exterior and from the interior. The interior still has no texture, but I hope, it will in future. Next week, I can´t do any progress on it, because my School stuff is pretty hard and I simply won´t have any time, to work on it. I´m sorry for that. But enough of words, let the film speak!! Schmitti
I´m not dead! I just saw this quote by Lordlichi2006: "ohno you shoudlnt start modding by making an entire car its going to come out horribly wrong trust me" I hope, it wont happen to me By the way, progress is going slowly, but steady. I will try to get bloom on the lights and to texture the interior, but it will take time, because I have a lot of stuff to do for school. I hope you understand it. Greetings, Schmitti
I advise everyone, to stay friendly and calm. Please don´t talk bad to and about other forum users. I just saw the quote in a thread about a Volkswagen ID.3 and the pictures from the first posts look like, how I started. I thougt, why not qoute it? I mean, he is right. Some things on this mod went horribly wrong and costed me a lot of nerves. In the end, no one knows, what will happen in the future, so I can´t promise, that this mod will be ultra high quality (It´s my first one). But, Lordlichi2006, if you read this: Posting stuff like you did on the Volkswagen ID.3 thread can be pretty demotivising, for the person, who opens the thread. I know, you just wanted, to give some advices, but, I just wanted to say that.
