WIP Belasco City/ Los Angeles Public Service Extend Pack

IMPORTANT NOTE
I CAME UP WITH THE IDEA LAST NIGHT SO IT MAY REMAIN UNFINISHED AT LAST
So i'm going to make an extend pack for Los Angeles (LAPD LAFD not included since someone has made them)
The pack, if finished, will include parking enforcement, lifeguard, port police etc
suggestions are welcomed

By the way, there should be a great update on Saturday or Sunday

 

Looks like a neat thing to have. Might want to consider making Belasco-friendly versions though, that might be something people want more.
