Would be nice but I can’t think of where fluid simulation benefits would outweigh the cons of being computationally intensive. Especially with varying viscosity and density being tied to temperature. The lava lamp was very likely done with Lua triggers and gravity. I am willing to bet the crackling from contraction is tied to the engine temp. I wonder what components’ temps are currently monitored versus any possible changes/additions.

All, is the vacuum or turbo spooling down noise at the start of the teaser clip new?

Nah, you're overthinking it. They didn't remove the T-Series expansion pack because T-Series remaster is coming either. It was simply removed due to repo moderation becoming more strict after the kinda NSFW skin pack was approved.

When the Covet remaster dropped, they didn't remove KLJP even though it had a lot of stuff related to the pre-remaster Covet. Nor did they remove any mods made for pre-remaster Bolide when the current one was released.

Uh... why? Then they should draw a whole dummy in a car, with physics and stuff, I don't think they're going to add a human behind the wheel in a game where cars turn into a pile of metal.

 

why did the t0series expansion pack need to be made into a lite version

 

it changed the t-series preview image, which is modifying game files, which is against the rules of the repo

 

i hope with the vr support that is planned i can use my quest 2 as visuals but still be able to control with my keyboard and game wheel

I think the addon changed more than that.
It would make absolutely no sense for it to get removed just for that.

 

I was very happy to have stumbled upon this accidentally this morning. Glad to see it made it over to the forums, I don't think I've used these in five or six years.

 

i may be late to the party but i have a strong feeling that the next update will be adding/featuring hydraulics based vehicles.
Weather and engine sounds may be revamped but i am not quite sure....
